How do I use the reader to view the magazine?

I don’t know what to do.

If you have a magazine subscription, setup a new My Amos Media Account. You will be prompted to link your existing subscription during registration.

If you do not have a magazine subscription but would like one, choose “I would like to subscribe while setting up My Amos Media Account”.

Existing Amos Advantage customers can log in with their Amos Advantage login information.

If you are unsure, you can request a Password Reset and if you already have an existing account, we will send a password reset request to that email address.

I don’t know if I have an account.

Our registration wizard is designed to guide you through setting up and accessing an account, even if you have an existing account or magazine subscription (or both). We recommend you try the option that best suits you:

If you have a Magazine subscription, choose “I would like to setup My Amos Media Account”

If you do not have a Magazine subscription, choose “I would like to subscribe while setting up My Amos Media Account”

If you have an existing Amos Advantage account, you may log in with the same email address and password you use on Amos Advantage.

How do I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password at any time by visiting the Password Reset page. A password reset request will be sent to the email address on file. The request will contain instructions for you to follow to complete the reset of your password.

How do I access my Digital Edition?

Subscribers with active Digital Edition subscriptions may access them by simply logging into My Amos Media Account. If you do not have an account yet, please create one using the option “I would like to setup My Amos Media Account now!”. Our registration wizard will guide you through the steps.

What is a Digital Edition? Can I see a Sample?

A Digital Edition contains all the same great content you’re used to from our Printed Magazines. The Digital Edition is accessible via any device with an internet connection, including Mobile Phones, Desktop Computers and Tablets. It includes an intuitive interface optimized for all devices, and includes access to back issue archives. To see a sample of the Digital Edition, check out this CoinWorld Sample Issue.

How do I access the Digital Edition archives?

We are happy to make the Digital Edition archives available to ALL paid subscribers. Back issue access corresponds to your subscription type, so if you are a Weekly Subscriber (our highest offering), you will receive access to both Weekly Á Monthly Issues (I.e. everything). If you are a Monthly subscriber, you will receive access to only the monthly issues (12/year) every year. Just log in with your paid subscription account (or create a new subscription) and you'll gain access to all the back issues in our archive that correspond to your subscription.

To access the Digital Edition archives, follow the instructions below, depending on your device type:

How to Access the Archives: Desktop Users
At the top of the screen, look for the arrow icon. Using your mouse, hover your pointer over it to expose a menu. Within that menu is an "Archives" option, which you can click on (in the picture below, it is the 2nd icon from the left) and from there you can search across multiple issues at once:

How to Access the Archives: Touch Screens (Mobile & Tablet)
With the reader open on your mobile device, long press on the screen (touch the screen anywhere inside the reader, and hold). A menu will appear, which will include an "Archive" option as pictured below. Tap on that to access and search across multiple issues within the archive.

Are there mobile apps available for me to use to read my magazine subscription?

No! In order to keep costs down, there is no official app at this time. Instead, simply bookmark the reader or your My AMC Account page where you access your subscriptions. Great news: these pages are optimized for mobile and will deliver a reader experience that surpasses all industry standards!

I like to read my Digital Edition offline, can I do that?

Yes, we currently allow for downloading a PDF of back issues which you can use to take the issue with you in areas where internet is limited or unavailable, such as on an Airplane.

To view an issue offline, follow these steps.

Access the Digital Edition from My AMC Account.

At the top of the screen, click the “Down” arrow to expand a menu of options.

In the options menu, tap the "Download" arrow, and save it to your device in a file folder of your choice.

Wait for the issue to download (progress will be displayed on your screen). This may take a few minutes depending on your internet speed.

Once the download is complete, you can safely take your device offline and access the downloaded issues without getting back online.

To locate your issue, check your device’s Downloads folder (or the file folder you saved it to in step #3).

Can I download a PDF version of issues for the magazine I subscribe to?

Yes, currently all Coin World issues starting with 12/16/2019 can be downloaded.

How do I renew or cancel a subscription?

The new My Amos Media Account allows all customers to easily update their subscriptions at any time. Just log in to your My Amos Media Account. and click My Subscriptions.

I’m logged in but I don’t see my Magazine subscription or my Magazine subscriptions are incorrect.

If you used different email addresses for your magazine subscription and your My Amos Media Account, your subscription may not be found. Please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I want to read the latest issue of my Digital Edition magazine, when will it be available?

We upload the latest magazine on Saturday afternoons, and we send an Email to existing subscribers at the same time notifying them of the new issue. You can opt out of these emails by logging into My Amos Media Account and clicking Newsletters. If you do not receive the email on Saturday, check your Spam or Junk folder.
